so apart from being in phils hood and doing barber

this was on the list via as little interstate as possible

trucks are mad - i was sat at 70 and he wasnt doing 70.5 past me

breakfast - have to do biscuit in this part of the world

lotsa this but it got more interesting the further east i went

nice watery thing between birmingham and rome (really) as i look at when it was taken its a place called cedar bluff

some hubba hubba 10 mins after the lake

drove past a honda place 90% farm stuff as is the case out in the sticks - scotland is the same

had a little cry at the prices...

oh and the school bus - if theyre moving no problem - if theyre stopped - no passing it

even the other side even if clear have to stop and you have to wait - pass one and youre in deep shit

went to a food lion to buy tea and milk and saw these

the start of the blue ridge parkway (or the bit i was near) this was the turn off the main road through a snow gate and immediately it got uphill and twisty

......beats being stuck behind one passing another with half a mile an hours difference for about 5 miles up hill say for example on the A1 through a section where there are only 2 lanes....!!!!! ?????

sadly the higher i got the worse the view got 

it was 80 deg at the bottom 50 at the top

this looks not so bad on the camera but it was terrible - cars going up the other way full lights and even hazards - vis must have been 5-10 feet - not nice

but then back down under the cloud stopped at overlook and this - had prolly dropped 2-3 thousand feet tho

did phils to birmingham over 2 days and in 400 miles only saw the side by side thing twice - cos they get a shift on and you can pass either side it doesnt happen much

the back yard at the house - the main st was just behind the tree but because of the noises of the wild life you wouldnt notice - couldnt watch tv at night with the door open as they were just too loud

spoke to one of the guys helping out and was speaking to him about the century race held at barber every year - for 100+ year old bikes

the programs i have on here are from 2014 - whats in the barn youtube it

the walkslers and their friend joe rode it but didnt finish

but they have competed before and they won in 2006

for a motorcycle heavy place the veritas is a bit weird - seen chasing classic cars where carini bought one - not sure if this is the same one - might well be

the honda i photoed is a hybrid not sure what it is gonna find out

stopped for a pee and just happened to park next to focus

wasnt sure how long id be at wheels and the tail of the dragon and deals gap were about 75 miles away

ok lets do that  stopped at nantahala and saw the rafters - river didnt look too nuts but i still wouldnt

stopped at deals gap and yes that sign isnt lying

drove from there up to chilihowee lake the three pics after the tree of shame are there

the other pics are an overlook on the way back down

on the way up i caught up with two bikes (have i told this story)

nobody else about - theyre doing 25mph on whatever little straights there are and front bike is braking for every corner and lucky to be doing 15 round them

this happened for about 5-6 miles untill the overlook (where i stopped on the way down) where they pulled in and i booted it - 35 limit was doing 45-50

at the over look on the way down stopped to take photos and theres 3 sportbikes

talk to them for a bit and one leaves - i leave right after him (cooincidence) and for the first 4 miles im right on him get to see him knee down at 40 mph

further down it opened out slightly here and there - he was gone

it woulda been $$$$$$$ and id have to take all my kit with me

car was more convenient - i think id have been able to one way it but most places (eagle rider hd adventures) arent at airports theyll be in cities which id want to avoid

plus choice isnt great mostly harleys odd bmw or suzuki - wouldnt ride something i wouldnt ride here

so after nearly a week and trying to find out why id won that much

ive just opened this and this was last page i visited i just happened to read the bottom of the ticket

if your win all number match any of the numbers you win the amount of all the other numbers
