Monday Afternoon Shite Spotting Challenge!

So, what can you identify from this picture....

 

 

Have been in France over the weekend. This picture is in a park in Calais, part of a series of pictures showing the earth taken from above and something about mans impact on the world. Enough of that though, what can YOU see !

Absolutely nothing. Think the image must be blocked for me. Bums.

The only one i recognize is the blue 2CV!Oh and a blue CX next to it.

Wonder how they did that? I can't see anything that looks much newer than the 60s. It's good is that.

Indian Yellow (orangeish) Saab 96 right in the middle. Lucky so and so's in Calais; our local park has got nothing but trees and football pitches

Ok, obviously I had a better view of the big version and studied it for not an inconsiderable amount of minutes and I could identify the following -R12 & 504 as VWP says, couple of R4 F4 vans (one white one at bottom right), couple of 2CVs, Orange R4 (roughly in middle) plus a few R5s. Anyone else get anymore?Picture was dated from (I think) 2006. It's a place near St Brieuc in Brittany that cubes and recycles cars. Maybe visible on Google Earth?

Thats as big as I can do, haven't resized my photo at all ! Don't know if the collection of images (theres about 100 in all) is available online either...

Was it this bloke's work? I saw the photos in London a few years back, in front of (I think) the National History Museum.

Yes, definately that blokes work! A couple of the photos on his website are in the park. Pretty interesting as well, definately worth a look if you happen to be passing!

I think that piece of art(?) is in a display near to one of my old companies restaurants in Oxford near to the castle,I spent a good deal of time trying to identify the cars.
