How do i find out the details of the first owner?

So as I have been told you can no longer get the previous keeper history of a car from the DVLA,so is there any way of finding out the details of previous owners of my Triumph,its only the first owner that I,am curious about the other 2 I know off.

Don't think it's possible any more. Best bet would be to contact owner number 2 and see if he can shed any light

Yup unfortunately not possible anymore due to GDPR. In fact they stopped doing it a few years back now.
