Quite a sad tale.... the cars were left there when they became surplus to requirement, and they just stood and stood. Eventually a raised wooden walkway was built so visitors could walk around easily and view the scrap, truely Autoshite heaven!

 

But the local council wanted the land, dragged it out through court and won

 

There's a lot of very, VERY rare stuff in there.
