(Reliant) Rebel Yell!

My good friend Tony has recently purchased a Reliant Rebel - but, being Tony, it is far from standard! It has previously been a race car, and was fitted with a 2 litre pinto, which has now gone into another of the previous owners projects, so is currently engineless. Fortunately Tony has no intention of racing it, as it is to become his shopping trolley/runabout and he has a 1.6 litre pinto in stock, so that will be going in! It has all sorts of trick suspension etc so should be fun. Only problem is the only glass in it is the windscreen, all other windows being heavily tinted perspex. As a minimum he needs clear windows for the doors, but ideally would like to refit glass all round, but not surprisingly it is NLA new. I will be putting up a wanted advert for him, but if anyone knows of or has glass for a Rebel, do let me know.

 

I was down this evening collecting my L200 he had borrowed to tow his Saab 95 to the NEC so whilst there took a couple of photographs, he has not even unloaded it from the trailer yet!
