What Oil and Coolant Please?

Quick question for those that are in the know regarding oils and coolant....

 

When it comes to VAG I am pretty clued up re G13 etc.etc. but I need to replace the coolant in my Sprinter. It is a 2005 Mercedes Sprinter and I am replacing the radiator next weekend as existing one has developed a leak. Looking for genuine coolant ideally.

 

Second question - Which oil does this use in the rear diff? Mine doesn't whine or bang or anything - this is purely because I have never done it in my ownership and 50k later I thought meh....I may as well because I'm betting its blacker than the ace of spades.
