I dunno - maybe an extension of that one about not doing any DIY on Sundays :) (I was kidding really).

I thought that while modifications were allowed they had to be thoroughly tested by StVO or what ever they are called. Thus adding a Feu Orange would be prohibitively expensive if done legally. All in all making Germany a tinsy little bit more boring....
