Not only has his wife threatened to leave with the kids if his cars don't go, but he's picking them up from school everyday while wifey plays golf. Perhaps his insurance is in the background, or is he already living in it?

I remember a CAR magazine review of the Daihatsu HiJet 6 seater MPV thing with the summary "the prospect of crashing when six-up does not bear thinking about".

 

With nothing on the back that Acty must be very bouncy. Struggling to think what you could use it for, the seller's camper van plan does not sound fun.

 

 

The engine is in the back (just forward of the axle) so they aren't bouncy unladen. I found my old one actually handled amazingly well, although it was lowered 3" and ran 165/55r13s on alloys which helped.

Oooh, ideal daily transport. Just make sure the tyres have tread on and who's gunna bovva? Do they run on veg?

Don't even think about coming back without it!

I have heard back from the seller and he speaks English better than my French and will be viewing it a week on wednesday. I can't bring it straight back as we will have the caravan and it's a non runner but I should be able to get it shipped if a deal is done. Here have a better picture or two
