Not when you take SWMBO and offsprings along.

£350 with an hour to go, potentially the cheapest one of these (45 V6) i've yet seen......

The car has also overheated a couple of times recently. I heard that the cooling system can be a problem with this model, but I don't have time to investigate, having already bought another car, hence the low price

Can't see that being a big deal........

I'd love to know what the reserve is on this, the lad clearly thinks he's sitting on a ticket to his retirement villa in Florida

Some of the older Peugeot 205's are now advertised for as much as £11.000 as they have become very desirable

Only by 'purple helmet'!! In the real world I reckon you might just scrape half that for a mega-mint GTi, which this is not.

THIS IS THE xl model, VERY VERY RARE ANS MUCH SOUGHT AFTER BY PEUGEOT 205 ENTHUSIASTS

:lol::lol:

This Vel Satis is bound to provide unlimited opportunities to rate different companies providing breakdown cover.

FAULT WITH INJECTION SYSTEM LIGHT APPEARED ABOUT A MONTH AGO, TAKES A FEW EXTRA SECONDS TO CRANK

Mileage shows 28k, but about 100-120,000

As a 205 enthusiasts i really wish i could find a mid 80's 1.1 XL with low mileage and a rusty wheel arches, it would have to have wind up windows to really get me excited though, if i found that car I'd be happy to pay up to £11000 for it. Anybody know where i could find one?

No idea I'm afraid. But I do know of a cracking 405 Style with mint condition seats...........

^ What a Spazz.

I can't remember ever seeing a Corolla Estate this shape before, It's still not worth £2500 though.

Hasn't mastered the decimal system since 1971. He means £249.50

One XL was sold 3 weeks ago with 163.000 miles on the clock and fetched a respectable £ 1600

I call bollocks, although searching completed listings did bring up this......

You may still be sound on a call of bollocks NC seeing as since the sale ended on 10th October no buyer has left feedback or registered as a sale

I thought 'sought after' 205 models would be unmolested standard models in nice condition in the following specs

Roland Garros

GTi 1.9

Rallye

Sceptre

STDT

Any Turbo Diesel in fact

I like this because they're quite rare in this condition.

No chequerplate

No massive tyres to fuck up the gearing and every single joint in the suspension and steering

No bull bar

Obviously it's got rust in spades, but I still like it

HOLY SHIT A FERRARI DINO

Im selling this on behalf of my landlords son who lives in Australia.

Did have 1.7 fuel injection air colled vw engine but that was taken out a while ago by myself being a vw enthusiast

Hope you flogged it and used the proceeds to pay your rent!!!

No paper work but this can be easily obtained from DVLA.

Yeah like Watson and Crick 'easily' discovered the structure of DNA

Dear god, don't tell me you fitted those wheels yourself

its got the 1.8 in but with a 2.0ltr head with all brand new tappets rally cams piper cam pulley costing £200 new head gasket plus heads been skimmed with a cool running thermostat brand new water pump and cam belt with a spare piper cams belt brand new rotor arm and distributer cap and leads super bosh 4 spark plugs 2.0ltr inlet manifold with throttle body all costing me over £600 for the lot also have the original top end what can go with her shown in pic, what needs to be done is a new ecu to control the 2.0ltr head as its still got the 1.8 one in it and it keeps cutting out and over fueling

I'm guessing from that intelligently thought out improvement package, you probably did fit those wheels

17" alloys with brand new tyres costing me £340 with the right wheel bolts also cost me £50

If the wheels were silver and the exhaust didn't dangle down like a horses cock that wouldn't offend me at all (obviously ignoring the fact that Cro-Magnon Man has been at the engine)
