Was at a car show today and spotted this delightful little thing! It was simply stunning! Almost flawless and looked like it was unrestored and totally original.

Just very, very rarely I go to a car show and see something worthwhile.   That 44 would definitely count amongst that handful of occasions.  What a peach - and in the right colour too.   I would even forgive it the black and white plates - oddball stuff like this seemed to hang on to black and whites until the death.   My Aunt bought a brand new Autobianchi Giardinera in 1972 and that came with them too.

Are there any Daf fingerers on here these days? I've got heads, barrels and pistons for one, all in lovely condition. But who would wear out such things?

That 44 is lovely. Gotta love a 44. The right engine and a nice B body.
