Don't these just sport the most delightfully half arsed cateyes?

Arrived about 10 , asked if I was with a club, said autoshite and got a puzzled , what , so I'm in the main arenaattachicon.gif20180708_114759.jpg

Could have been even more quizzical looks if they'd asked for user name

Even the rest of the GGG looked at the correct car for a change.

There is room for more. A lot more.

But how often do you see two Rochdales on one day?

This Royce was a lot more delightfully shonky than this pic suggests.

There was a colour matching proper Mini.

Sadly we failed at explaining to Conrad that this is the car he should buy.

By all accounts, this shouldn't exist and it really had me think I'm having hallucinations for a second.

It's a 2000 TC, no less.

Squire was unimpressed in the light of such newfangledry.

You know this had a 1.6 GM engine?

Well it's wrong, then. It'd been re-engineered.

Anyway, my Silver Star of the show (right behind the Facel Vega) goes to this.

This is how My Vintage Tyre is done properly:

Wafer thin door skins:

Were it Italian, it'd be hyped as Superleggera.

Every August. :P

Fairthorpe Sports Car Club Historic Specials Day, held at the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, nr Burford, Oxon.

(I drove a Lancia (there and back from Watford) back in 2004. Lovely day out and I think I saw 4 of them.)

Great photos. It was a good show, had a nice variety of chod. The Facel II was simply beautiful, looked so good in black.
