About half an hour ago , I decided to abuse the tolerance and good nature of a fellow shiter, by asking if I can turn up at his house at 9.00pm on a Saturday.

 

He said yes...

 

So, 238 miles and a generic hire car that does 58mpg, perfect

Devon is a long bloody way from Milton Keynes. Phone memory full so couldn't take pictures!

 

HMC is as nice a bloke as you'd expect and the 330 is great , fast and super economical the trip back via A30, M5, M4, A420 and A34 averaged 43.4mpg according to the OBC and that was cruising at 80 ish , didn't see a puff of smoke when I was following . Daughter reckons it feels nice and tight, no rattles or clunks so hopefully MOT will just be a formality.
