A couple of years ago there was somebody trying to hire out caravans of that standard for something like £100 a week. I'd been looking for a cheap caravan at the time and I recognised his stock from eBay. They had all been in my price range, that's how grim they were.

That is genuinely GR8 I'd actually rather like an oldish, cheap camper. Old Talbot or Mk2 Transit would do nicely.
