Anyone have a link to a CAR magazine Mini replacement article from 90s?

As the title asks, I've struggled to find it, think there was input from three or four people and it had an alloy chassis with plastic panels, possibly an electric motor. Can't remember much more other than twas a good read.

 

Think Gordon Murray and LJKS could have been two with the ideas, dunno for sure.

I'm afraid I can't be much help, but if anyone can find this, I'd also be very interested in having a read. Love this sort of stuff and it doesn't sound like any Mini replacement prototype I've heard of before

I do remember this; it was in 2 parts over around 4 months. Was it in 1996?
