Yes they are fine, if they were the other way up they would have to be about 3 feet long to get to your eye line.

Just moved into a new flat in a fairly nice suburb (think Ramsey st without the tarts ) My neighbour was polishing his shiny XR8 Ute and was seen to have sneered hugely as I drove past in the 360GLT Ovlov.... I don't care, they're both RWD, both huge fun in the wet, difference is, one's 40K cheaper and distinctly rarer

I parked my old LHD Mk2 Golf GTi in the car park at Mere Golf Club for a week a few years ago. When I eventually returned to it the whole car park was full, apart from one space in every direction around the Golf.Having said that, the Golf was filthy and an ex-recce car with a few signs of having led an interesting life. That 'battered but adored' look that only 250k miles of being thrashed to within an inch of its life could have provided.
