Be careful of firms that make you listen to an crackly IVR stating their cancellation policy that cuts out just before pertinent information is delivered. 

Yes, I'm looking at you, One Call, sitting out all neat and pretty near fucking Doncaster. 
TL:DR, its cancellation fee during the cooling off period is £50 and a staff member said insurance ombudsman guidelines were 'advisory'. 

Terrible firm, avoid.
