Ctek charger buzzing like a fly on speed after a fresh pile from a st Bernard

My after charger live permanently on and connected to the Capri battery. Went in the garage tonight and it's buzzing like a bad in with both the charged and charging lights on.

 

I am guessing it's dead, so anyone know how to check them or anywhere that's doing decent deals on them at the moment.

This one came fro Practical classics in the distant past as well! Will have a look, was hoping Aldi or Lidl would have theirs on but nothing at the moment.

We fit their slightly bigger brother in boost packs, generally they last 5 years+ plugged in 24/7. You'd have to swap your old croc clips over etc.
