I took the number plate off to clean behind it ..( I have got CDO  )

Remarkable number of these 205 automatics seem to have survived, shows how popular they were, the strength of the box and Peugeot's good rust prevention.  Mind you they never seem to sell, some have been on for ages.

They survived well not only because 205s are ace, but also because small automatics almost always get better looked after for some reason and seem to do less mileage.

 

This looks an absolute belter of a car.

I don't care for automatics much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the 205 auto I had a while back.
