Anyone planning to go to this? Lots going on, including truck racing. They close the ring road and hoon on it. Sounds ace.

It is all weekend, but I can only do Saturday. I might even be on a train as it might actually be cheaper than driving my thirsty beasts there and back.

Should be a laugh. For info, Bromyard Speed Festival will be happening again in 2017 too. Excellent.

You can park outside my house! On street parking is all metered in Cov now within about 10 mins walk of the centre.

I really should head down to this but I'll have to drag my daughter round with me (Mrs WO'C is away) which probably won't be any fun for either of us.

Balls, this is this weekend, isn't it?

Fond memories of Cov from Uni, one prominent one of which involves a wildly fishtailing Rover 820e Fastback and an elevated stretch of ring road.

Well, that was bloody awesome. Absolutely shattered now after six hours of driving and many hours of walking around Coventry. If you can get there tomorrow, you really should. It's worth it just for the trucks! (sorry Pillock). They're insane. And very good at demolishing chicanes...

Also, the RAV4 is doing 30mpg, which is exactly what I hoped it'd do. That's with a greenlaning session, considerable 70-ish mpg motorway, and despite having had the roof off all day.
