For Sale An OMGa for sale and a Shitely Request

Two things in one topic here, let's see how confusing this gets!

 

The OMGa for sale

 

First of all, we have my minty minty minty fresh OMGa for sale. The ad is here: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201604233265697

 

 

I know the price is not very shite, but it is very much negotiable for the right buyer. Even if nobody on autoshite itself is interested, if you know of somebody who is... let them know. The car is located in Aberdeen, and has a 1,000 mile old timing belt and tensioner, very recent tyres, MOT until Feb 2017 etc. etc. It is absolutely MINT. The reason I want rid is that it's just not 'me'. I thought I'd like the luxobarge life. Turns out my opinion of big luxobarges, now that I've tried one, is 'meh'

 

 

The Shitely Request

 

I've found a potential replacement already. It's the brother of a previous car of mine, even the number plate is very very close (only the 3 numeric digits are different). However, it's near Birmingham. RantingYoof has already offered to store it on his driveway in Northampton until Shitefest if I'm super serious about it, but it's a bit far for him to just have a poke around if he's not collecting it.

It's a Y reg Peugeot 306 estate with an HDi. I had this exact kind of car in even the same colour (hence it being my old car's brother) and I loved it. It went well with a stage 1 map, and I still have all the necessary things to do a map on it. I only got rid of my old one due to buying the Audi, which I now regret.

My old 306 estate is now presumed dead as its last MOT ran out on 31st October 2015.

Basically, can somebody have a look at this on mine and RantingYoof's behalf? We've checked the MOT history etc and it looks very tidy. Just confirm it's not actually fucked in person (ala AngryDicky's tale) and that it has a Bosch ECU (for remapping funtimes).

That Omega looks really really good. I mean really good. If you turned up somewhere in that I reckon you could easily fool the general public that you were a man of wealth and taste. You'd also get a bit of respect from car buffs who are in the know. All for under £1k.

No money

No space

I do find it hard to resist a Roffle though...

Realistically, a roffle wouldn't yield what I'd like to sell this car for, unless I made it almost £15 per ticket.

 

We've all seen how well double-figure roffle tickets go down in the past...
