First memory would have mid1970s, my parents neighbours had a yellow one which I loved because it was yellow. As I would have been about 3 I have no idea what spec it was!

 

20 years later in about 1995 I wish I'd bought the P reg 2000 GT which came into the yard I helped out in. It was white with a black interior. No MoT but someone bought it to put back on the road.

I had a Mk3 briefly in 1992, it was awful. Beautiful to look at but just awful.

 

The drivers side floor was a sheet of plywood and the rest wasn't much better.

 

I swapped it for a yellow Estelle 120 that lost a wheel whilst being towed by a 21 Savanna at midnight.
