Joey spud Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 A lad my son knows needed a cheap car while his Audi is off the road and picked up this stunner for £300. The best bit about it is how original it is check out the window stickers and the perfectly functioning Foxguard alarm. (this one is ace) 30,000 miles and i guess a one owner car i would give it a home but i really am out of room and tbh i dont think i would ever really use it.Any one interested in it when it comes up for sale again in the next few weeks (Rochester area) ? egg, Lacquer Peel, Jim Bergerac and 8 others 11
HMC Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Looks very original! Almost a j reg too. 30k on the clock- could be one for Benjp?
Joey spud Posted April 1, 2016 Author Posted April 1, 2016 Almost forgot for added brilliance it has a big hole in the bell housing that looks like its been there years. It's no base Sierra but it's got true Autoshite DNA all over it. DVee8, Vince70, egg and 2 others 5
michael t Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 I'd absolutely love this, but being in Ireland and then having to faff about with registering it over here etc means sadly I'm out. These are brilliant tho...

Gaffer tape, sma can and araldite would sort that hole out if you wanted to improve the cosmetics for shows and so forth Bamboocarman 1

tooSavvy Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Mine was younger...... 'M', iirc Is this PAS?... I think all 1.5s are. Front wheel cut out, in wing, went from straight edges to a regular curve at some point... mine was the 'later' curve. ... very competent conveyance..... TS 'Stamp of Appro' TS
Joey spud Posted April 1, 2016 Author Posted April 1, 2016 Yes its got power steering, although the belt was stretched (new gates belt on the passenger seat) so it was a bit squeaky. It is a clean car the only obvious dent is a shallow one low down on the passenger front door which I dare say would mostly come out easily enough if caressed from behind. The metal bumper blades have a couple of drinks and the trim is missing off the rear one and thats it.I didn't look under it for grot but I think its been garaged all its life so should be fine It's claimed the lad bought it from a 94 year old gent. eddyramrod 1
