Octavia vrs estate for sale £995 to shiters

Due to ill health I am reluctantly parting with my octavia vrs estate.

 

156,000 miles

 

Mot December

 

For its mot it got

 

4 new Michelin alpin winter tyres

 

Rear discs and pads

Drop links

Thermostat and coolant

Anti roll bar bushes

Lamda sensor

New Jom coilovers all round

 

 

Standard vrs spec with factory parking sensors

 

Standard apart from coilovers and elegance wheels

 

Lots of history , had a cat and belt in last couple of years, 2 keys with all handbooks etc

 

Obviously it has some marks here and there with its age and mileage, and has the usual octavia estate bubbly tailgate, tailgate inner trim clips broken, and drivers seat and carpet slightly grubby, I have tried to include as many pictures as possible, please no swaps or part exchanges.

I am thinking about one of these for my next car. Really good value! Whats it like MPG wise in reality?

I got mid 30's without really trying on mixed driving, mind they much prefer to be fed super unleaded .

My Octy with the same engine gets 35-37 mixed (see my Sig).

Old lady driving can see 40-45mpg.

 

Loud peddle temptation is intoxicating.

Resultant teens MPG wince-inducing.

That's quite good mpg figures, although I have a heavy right foot at times! Definitely want one as my next car...
