In a WilsonWilsonesque turn of events I'm offering the 156 for sale.

 

I've been doing about 450 miles a week, and even at 31mpg, its a bit too salty for my liking.

 

Will consider a swap should you have something with similar MOT.

 

MOT til June 19th 2016

78000 miles

Cambelt done in 2012 at 65k miles (reciept present)

lovely leather interior in good condition

4 decent tyres with plenty of tread

2 keys

 

bad points

runs cool

usual knocks from suspension-arms are readily available

fues box lid and rev counter binnacle missing

rear windows not working

drivers window switch missing

some grot at bottom of drivers wing

 

looking for £300

Our 1.8 Twin Spark Sportwagen got just over 40mpg then entire time we owned it. Yours will be doing 31mpg because it's running too cool. That's exactly how ours was when we bought it. A new thermostat fixed it.

thanks for that. even at 40mpg its worse than anything else I ran for work.

Not averse to a cheeky lil roffle either..

 

£5 a tix ought to do it..

this was sold but it all fell through due to stuff outwith my control-buyer was good to deal with and theae things happen:)
