For Sale S reg Volvo V40

Sunday night, a mate at work asked me if I knew anybody who might fancy a Volvo V40.

I asked him to email me some pics and a description, and I'll post it up on some forums

Sorry, but all I know is it's a 1.9 automatic.

It has mot until May.

He's asking £400 for it.

He lives in Braintree, Essex, so I'm presuming that's where the car is,

Starts first time, every time.

Strangely my missus always liked the v40's to drive. Its an estate and an auto... 

 

I will point her in this direction later, although I would imagine it is going to be a no.

Auto is good. Insurance and mpg maybe not so good but looks very nice

I had one of these before my current V70.

Brilliant cars, much under-rated.

Quick off the mark - surprisingly so.

Bloody good on petrol too.

 

It was only me wanting a V70 that made me sell it.

It was one of those cars that you only had to flick the key for it to start.

They are thoroughly recommended by me.

When i think of the sheds I've bought over the years for far more than £400, it makes me cringe, these are ace cars and can do millions of miles no bother, didn't someone want a respectable looking car for work only this week?
