Rocket88 Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Ex Mr Creeps most excellent Poo 406 coupe. I've had this for a matter of minutes, but domestic circs now dictate that I'm going to need vastness, pref an estate [possibly to move into...................] It's fairly lovely, cambelt done at 60 k miles [now on approx. 88k] will have new MOT in the next couple of weeks. Rush forward with offers of exchanges for big Estates, I have no preconceptions with regard to make, model, engine size, or inside leg measurement.
eddyramrod Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 I'm trying to talk myself out of it. Silver? Wrong gearbox? How far away???? Please tell me it's a 4-pot. That would complete the set. Jazoli 1
Rocket88 Posted January 18, 2016 Author Posted January 18, 2016 2.2 4 pot.................................in Yeovil eddyramrod 1
sporty-shite Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Oh man. Two cars on one page that I'd happily run. Nice. eddyramrod 1
eddyramrod Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 2.2 4 pot.................................in YeovilSo it ticks all the "must not have" boxes, except for fuel type. Why do I still fancy it?
vulgalour Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Because they're a really good looking car that everyone seems to have forgotten about. Do it. eddyramrod 1
eddyramrod Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Well yes, but surely to goodness there must be a V6 automatic in colour, with my name on it, somewhere a fair bit closer?
vulgalour Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Eddy-spec would look like this, I reckon. You could try this silver one out first and see if you like it then swap it for one with the desired specifications. Aston Martin, purplebargeken and Bear 3
eddyramrod Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 It would look very much like that indeed, except it wouldn't be yellow. Superstition is a terrible curse...
Bear Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 I like that. 4-pot 406 Coupé means all the looks, but none of the drama of the V6 (mine's currently leaking oil from anywhere it can).
