Two of my very finest friends teach music and drama at Gordonstoun.  The distance between Staffordshire and the Moray Firth means I don't get to see them very often.  However, too many ciders in the sun at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe while discussing their next school production saw me agreeing to go and see it.  In the Highlands.  In December.

 

I'm driving up 2nd/3rd, coming back 4th/5th - anyone around for a pint of 80 bob?

I might be in on this, on the condition that the means of transport to said harsh even during the ambient season destination in December of all fucking things is your bloody Dyane.
"Very finest friends", "Highlands" and "December" sounds like the perfect assault on the rock hard, fist sized remains of what I once called my liver, so that's nicely taken care of, fuck you very much.
The whole trip wouldn't elevate this fucking forum to a whole new godforsaken level though, if I didn't make use of the opportunity to collect my this year's WBoD on the way, or other, which happens to be in Inverfrostbite, or sum such fuck, and recently went through a Mongbay auction without attracting any offers:

Gordonstoun adventure is postponed until the spring, but FPB7 and I are raiding the SVM pre-Chrimbo munchies on the 25th instead.

 

The Dyane is a possibility if I can get a ticket on it in time...
