I'm pleased to say we made it home with absolutely nothing untoward to report! No petrol station shot as it was absolutely pissing it down... Although I think we got about 36-ish mpg on the way home!

 

Not long into the journey, Berlin's 'Take my breath away' came on the radio, for a moment I was whisked away from the waterlogged M6 and imagined myself driving the 405 past exploding fields... then I woke up but was still sadly on the M6.

 

All in all, very happy!
