Fantastic cars, we had a face-lift for a year. Still miss it. Gave it to my brother who promptly wrote it off

Most mk2's had a strut brace as standard, mum had a late model mk1 LXi with one fitted, and the Magic had one. Water pumps are a cock to change on PAS cars, just ask Daverapid! Back seats come out in seconds, turning them into a very handy van, GR9 for the tip run/Ikunta. Change the stat, as it's in a shit plastic housing which fails, and jams open, causing cold running

no strut brace on this one, heater is nice and toasty, bonnet pin kit £8.00 on amazon, has 4 keys, slight noisy on clutch releasing bearing, not too bad,it keeps going.now fitted cool blue side light bulbs, should keep its street cred going, kids want to sticker the rear, will see...one rear arch has been filled, painted over with red primer...

It was so vile I didn't even notice it was an estate.

Congratulations on saving it :)

These are great fun, heaters like a nuclear holocaust and being an estate should have a front strut brace.

My brother (vulgalour) drove mine into a kerb at speed enough to bend an alloy lol ... Said he wasn't going that fast haha
