My exwife had a Swift for a while - I remember a pale green, with 'history' one then a Sky. The green one was a three cylinder one.

 

The camshaft snapped in half.

 

I mean, how can a camshaft that short snap in half?! My only assumption is that it was the high scrap value at the time, it was stolen and replaced with a breadstick.

 

Sounded spectacularly crap when it went, too.

Thats class. I would machine polish the good side leave the rest. A sort of before and after.

well welding will be done today,we have got the good weather,sill to floor,drivers side outer inner sill need plate,front passeger side behind wheel needs plating,will put pictures up later,use mig welder...got a sheet of metal for £10.00...

rear o2 sensor reason for eml light on,sent of for universal,looks like i will need a new front pipe,as 02 sensor threads are rounded of will get a non approved pipe cheaper than the proper one,have now tcutted the came upp ok... mot tester will not know what pipe is on,not due till dec.

These really are awful in just about every way - tinny, rattly, cheap feeling, uncomfortable, 3 cyl is, well, a 3 cylinder, so shite.

 

Well bought, I'd roll in it any day!
