Sorry to de rail the thread but this brings me on to the micra I've bought. It's got small bubbles on the arches and sills been done in the past but otherwise a tidy motor. 93k,2 previous owners, some history stamps,2 keys on a y plate. Advert said it had a severe rattle on the engine, rip on bolster on driver seat and small fuel leak. I sorted filler neck by cutting out rust and replacing with pipe, seat doesn't bother me but as for the rattle? It was very bad. Bloody heatshield come adrift. I paid 150 quid for the whole car. With intact crossmember

The Polo has failed on emissions, that hedge stuck to the back probably doesn't help

6nf polo? Falied MoT on balljoints/bushes/brakes/brake pipes/wheelbearings or failed to make it all the way to the test station before the gearbox exploded.

Trick question - this is a mint example being advertised at actual value?

One of the sparkplugs is loose (I actually fixed a misfire on an identical looking picasso once - it sounded for all the world like a burnt inlet valve but I found the loose plug while running a compression test)
