So I picked up this little number yesterday, off a dealer's lot, I don't particularly need another 19 or another car for that matter, but with my hatch getting a little bit too crusty I wasn't about to pass this up. I'm glad I didn't too, cos' its a little dinger. Its actually got some extras not like the hatch. Electric windows, steering wheel radio controls, courtesy c pillar lighting. The car has it all.

Anyway, I really wasn't not going to buy this when I saw it. I couldn't just let it sit there

So after negotiating a deal (to include a tow home) it was being dropped off that very day (yesterday)

And I'll just let these photos do the talking..

Honestly my hatch is complete misery spec, it has no extras whatsoever, so while minor, I'll really appreciate all of the extras in this for what they are. Even the radio, cos I don't have a (working) one in the hatch.

And finally, here she is somewhat spruced up. Before it hits the road I have a few jobs to sort out

They stopped badging the phase 2 saloons as Chamades here but loads of the 92 phase 2 models were, presumably dealer add ons, the Chamade badge is what attracted the giffers

Great stuff, they're very under-rated cars. What engines propel your 19s, tax-dodging Irish 1.4 specials?

You know it, e7j in both, punchy for what it is, well...compared to the 1.3 in my Corolla

That's a little honey, although the 2 door hatchback is the looker for me.  What a shame they all disappeared 15 years ago.
