here's some real shyte that for some strange reason my son loved so much that he bought two of 'em

 

for some reason it was broken down again, so many things went wrong with this car that it's just a blur of rounding off crappy french steel nuts and bolts...

 

i can't remember what ailed it this particular time but everytime i had to get the jack out, i wanted to weep- it's not a pretty sight a grown man sobbing uncontrollably

 

 

and this one has to be the worst car that i've ever owned, bleedin' brakes siezing on all the time and not enough power to pull you off the kharzie

My neighbour had a diesel Escort hatch when it was brand new, he said it was crap even then. He traded it in for a Xsara in the end, which was much better apparently.

ayd, if you're hunting for something around that size, may i recommend you try and a find a good ZXtd Estate? There's still a few about. I've been running mine as a daily drive for over 3 years now and it has never missed a beat. Has 176,000 kms on the clock and we bomb down to Valencia 3 or 4 times a year which is a 500 mile round trip.Cheers.
