Anyone ever fixed a clock spring on a meriva?

Corsa c/meriva a era. Bastard of a job or simple and straightforward to fix a clicking steering wheel on definitely not swmbo's car...

After some googling to double check the name it turns out it's called the cim module

Not too bad you just need to make sure it's central and the steering straight before you do it . Battery lead off for 3 mins before you disconnect the airbag

I had to do one on an Astra ABCDEFG or was it H ?

came up with a weird fault afterwards, that had to be reset via diagnostic and all was fine afterwards.

Actually i don't think i disconnected battery.. This may be why Re: fault.
