Good bodyshops in the north east?

So the Sierra needs a patch on the back inner sill as I've been advised it will be an MOT failure. The garage who looked at it quoted aprox. £90 assuming they don't find anythine else back there. Now, I could just get it matched up quick and dirty for the MOT but I think I would be better putting the money towards doing a proper job first time. So does anyone know any decent body shops in the north east area who are sympathetic to shite? I have tried Google but nearly all appear to only be interested in insurance work not welding up old chod. :-(

Overrun knows a good body bloke but I can't remember the name.

We're having the same issue trying to find a company willing to do work on older cars, even the higher value classics we've had through the doors. If I were better at bodywork I'd offer to help you out with this one, but my welding and finishing needs some improvement yet before I start doing it for paying customers.

I'd avoid garages that only do insurance work - usually rushed to make a profit.

there is a chap called Martin Allen who has a spot between Malton and Scarborough on the A64, he does take a pride in doing both a good job, and doing it properly, though that is quiet a hike for you from Washington way.

i've not had any work done by Rustybug myself, but have seen some of their work on show at Kirkleatham Hall car show, and it seems to be of a high standard.
