My mutha has just bought herself a nice but overpriced beemer 320 cremebrulee so I've got to pump her old motor on.

 

Anyway she's had it for about 8 months or whatever, it's been fine to her.

 

1.8 Auto

55k miles

8 months MOT

 

 

It's the usual "one old bloke owned it from new" motor - it's not rusty (never been welded or needed it) but I think there's a few blebs on one of the front wings at the bottom. It's been parked by feel a bit but nowt that really stands out and offends. The drivers seat is a bit biffed over cos I assume the ex owner was quadraspazzed and had to shuffle in and out of it. It's not fucked but it looks like it's done more miles than the rest of the car, if you know what I mean.

 

It drives lovely really, has been 100% reliable for her, it's got FSH all at the original dealers up until a few years ago. The autobox works properly, it's got electric windows that all work perfectly (which is amazing for a mk3 golf) and remote central locking. There's no knocks and bangs from the suspension or owt which is immense compared to my 200k golf on ebay coilovers.

 

She wants £500 and while its not the bargain of the century it is a good car with a load of years left in it and it's mega comfy IMO. If it was a 3 door I would have deffo had it off her and pineappled it myself but being 5 door it won't get me the respect from 17 year olds with skinny jeans and trucker hats that I so desperately seek

There's not a lot of tax on it, probably the end of this month. She'd take a reasonable offer on it cos it'll only sit on the drive now as she's swapped the insurance off it.

Got back with no problems at all. Drives really well and Fatha is pleased so an all round result.
