It is pretty much impossible to restore a car to everyone's tastes. I like shiny paint, but don't like stuff that's chromed when it shouldn't be. Polished is fine because if it's not polished for a few weeks it doesn't stay shiny. Besides, full restoration on something I'd expect the freshly applied paint to be shiny. I'd be pissed if they'd painted it to make our look 15 years old.
