Pissed about with the leccy sunroof on my SD1 today - it has never worked so I had a mess

 

Wound it open manually then bridged.the contacts on the switch after giving the runners a clean/ oil - sucess! Only problem is that sunroof switches are no longer available from rip off brothers.

 

Any body have one for a series 2 car?

 

I am going to the pub shortly where I will attempt to turn water into wine and hopefully bump into Susanna Reid - fixing said sunroof has made me suddenly very confident.

I had to Google Susanna Reid as I don't watch much telly: a-ha, yep, see what you mean.  Fingers crossed for you.  Pitching up in the SD1 should clinch the deal, no?
