I have a couple of old clunkers I need to liquidate,

 

First off is this delightful Astra estate, 1.6 petrol. A mere 127k on the clock, runs and drives great, our own family transport for 3 years but has been replaced with a smaller Rover 25 that came along at the right price, otherwise we had no plans on parting with it.

 

Electric front windows, CD player with steering wheel controls, a lovely motor to drive and be in.

 

Mot until Feb, no TAX. Head gasket replaced a couple of years ago, recent rear back box, this bad boy will drive you anywhere no problems, best of all it's pretty good on fuel, 35 MPG round the doors.

 

 

 

Bad points, odd dint and scratch on the body. EGR valve needs blocking off as it can sometimes jump when pulling away. I'll take a look at this when I get chance.

Secondly, I STILL have this delightful AX I need to fook off.

 

 

 

 

No tax or test but should piss one no worries. (no time to take it to a test e.t.c. e.t.c)

 

I bought it from Cavette to use as a daily smoker/ project car but life has gotten in the way (again)

 

I've done all the MOT work I can see including a new rear seatbelt, new passenger drive shaft, new front discs and pads, new front tyres. Basically it's ready to go. It starts and drives absolutley lovely, I'd love to keep it but the wife hates it and has refused to go anywhere near it. She has a point though as we have a small family with another on the way so this AX is basically as unsuitable for the family man as you can get.

 

£150, no offers. I'm actually losing money on this thing! Storage is at premium and the inlaws keep asking me what i'm "planning on doing with the little blue car long term" (i.e can you fook it off our drive plz). If it doesnt sell it's getting weighed. Sad, but there you go. Don't forget, if this happens it will be YOUR FAULT for not buying it and saving it.
