Sherpa/Freight-Rover parts needed.

Spotted this over on Oldclassiccar and wondered if anyone here might be able to help this chap out!

 

 

 

Hello everybody, my truck will be a "classic" in three years' time. 

To me, anyway! 
I'm looking for some parts at the moment for it's MOT, I need a drag link complete, or just the 14 inch long 3'4er inch thick rod with the threads on it. 
I also need a new or good secondhand steering universal joint that goes between the steering column and the steering box. 
Can anyone help? 
I've signed up with three companies that have contacts with three hundred scrapyards, I got to Beaulieu autojumble twice a year as an exhibitor and I've been looking on feebay for years and also contacted all my local auto factors, some just laugh! 

Is there anything that I haven't tried yet? Please? David.

 

I wonder if the front suspension/steering is common to anything else Leyland that is easier to get bits for? It's a 1986 C reg by the way.
