Quad lamps for the higher trim levels for the 12 I think. Same for the 16 as well.

UK 12 TS models never had quad lights though, just Spanish I think. Don't think the French ones had them either.

 

A 12 TS Estate would be magnificently nice though, I'd very happily roll that.

I remember seeing these Spanish 12s when on holiday. I have a blue Guisval TS estate with those lights.

I recall that the MK1 Spanish 12's looked like the French and UK ones but higher trim levels also had quad lamps although laid out differently to the OP's spot. I have a Guiloy 1/43 saloon 12 with this set up somewhere also.
