My russet brown allegro

Like a lot of people, I detested Allegros back in the day. I thought they were utter spazmobiles and the E series engined ones sounded like vacuum cleaners, Now I reckon they look uber-cool. I think I'm gonna have to get one.

I washed some of the Sahara off the brown one and took it out for an Italian tune up.

This particular A series power plant struggles to find all of its 46hp when cold. In fact it struggles to find all of its cylinders.

I briefly considered cleaning the plugs but the sun was shining so hoonage was had.

It wasn't long before all the horses found their stride and the hydragas was given a proper work out on the twisties.

Love the car, love the photos! I am a teeny bit jealous of your fine automobile.

And we're back on the road for another year.

New brake pipe and a couple of spots of welding underneath saw the wee brown neep through another mot.

And you can see it at the Glamis Transport Extavaganza this weekend if you're very good.
