Im afraid, apart from the Chester one and pics no3 and 5 ( Kings Lynn Norfolk ) I dont know where the other ones were taken, although I will agree that the "Ferodo" one looks very much like the North Circular.

Bang on.

Eastgate clock. Grosvenor Hotel to the right, now semi-pedestrianised right outside (hotel) and the traffic is one way heading to the right of the picture. Very little traffic through there Mon-Sat daytimes as there's a mini Hitler on the town hall who operates a barrier to let you through. If you ever want to get round just tell him you're staying at The Grosvenor (doesn't seem as believable in a £200 car) or The Blossoms Hotel.
