The government certainly helped people who find it hard to work out VAT, 20% is much easier than 17.5%.

It's rather appropiate that the bell illustrated has a muffled clapper - and would therefore be quieter than normal. So if you were to use it to ring the Government, they might not hear you.....

You will need to speak with the scrap yard you have taken the car too, it is not the environment agency who can reverse the certificate. If the scrap yard can’t help i suggest you contact the vehicle licensing agency.

im sure that you can buy them,when you apply for log book they will send you a nice letter and a form for a vic check.when its had a vic you can then get a log book.same as a write off,cat c.give the divs at dvla a ring and they will tell you.
