WANTED - Calibra V6 (manual)

A mate of mine (who is registered on here IIRC but is more of a lurker) is looking for a Calibra.

 

It needs to be a V6, manual & ideally have T&T. Colour is fairly flexible but white if at all possible - bonus shite points if it's pre V-grille. A DTM model would be a bonus if it has to be V-grille.

 

Anyone know of any up for grabs at the moment? There's nowt special on eBay / auto trader / gumtree at the moment.

Really? The f25 gearbox fitted to mid-90s V6 Vauxhalls is a piece of shit... hugely long ratios, a really poor choice for a car with sporting pretensions IMO. If anyone's looking for one they can PM me for the one out of my Calibra V6 once I've got round to fitting the f28 I've got waiting...

Yep, that's the 6-speed f28. The V6 got the 5-speed f25.

 

auto: yes, the 6-speed box is fairly rare and expensive!
