Japanese Mega Shite Spot in Dubai

Toyota Century V12. So bland that it almost becomes offensive. Parked outside the Dubai branch of ACE Hardware, seemingly in everyday use - this was a new one for me as I've never seen one before. It looks like a great way to waste a V12 engine on a dull, dull, dull car. I suspect that, given the odd number plate, it is some sort of diplomatic vehicle.
