That house in Crosby, Liverpool has been doing the rounds on a few property related forums. But £350k though for THAT? Is Crosby a desirable area? If bought at the right price, I reckon that the next owner could probably do alright on the purchase by selling that metalwork to a dealer.

 

Council estates with houses that from 1980 have been snapped up under Right To Buy are ripe for these dodgy facades. I even include my parents' 1950s ex-council house in this as the porch my dad built at the front resembles a Chinese temple and it does look shite if I'm honest. A house around the corner gained black 'beams' and white render for that 16th Century Tudor look!
