BMW E36 325TD for sale

I thought I'd offer this on here before advertising it, this E36 has been in our ownership for 6 years and has been a very loyal servant but is now surplus to requirements having been replaced by a Toyota Celica that Mrs straight6 liked the look of, it still looks very presentable with no rot and has now covered 173,000 miles so its just about run-in! It has been very well looked after with loads of history, I've serviced it with engine oil/filter changes every 6 months and the MOT was done last week, only a brake hose and rear number plate were required this time. It drives very well with no bumps squeeks or rattles, the engine is smooth and quiet and uses no oil or water.....

This is the best bit, the BMW M51 straight 6 diesel engine....

The only very slight downside on the bodywork is on the edge of the boot lid, not sure what's happened here....

I'm looking for £650 if anyone on here is interested.

That looks like a tidy old Bus. Boston green iirc. These aren't adverse to a spot of veg oil either although you need to keep it 50/50 max to avoid buggering the pump seals.

Oh that is appealing, shame your in Plymouth though, Is that a brand new Toyota you have there?, what do you think of it so far?

Mmmm, nice!

As an aside, Mrs P bought a Celica (10 y/o) in May but "couldn't bond with it" She has now turned it in for a Y plate Merc CLK auto :roll:

Yep that's my Avensis Trig, I've already done 22,000 miles in it since Jan and it seems to do the job well enough.

I forgot to mention, the BMW is taxed until the end of Jul. if I had the space I'd keep it as its such a good old tub :D

Nice car. Do my eyes deceive me, or does it have the (rare, I think) dual-zone analogue climate control option?

GLWS BS6!

Hopefully for you this favourable engine spec will bring you a better sale than the 318I I've been trying to shift.

The e36 seems a lot of car for the money they command, do they like the veg?
