Guest Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 1985 VW Polo 1300 GL Breadvan for sale mot february tax january. Bought this on Ebay this week but its just not me Its had new brake pads and discs last month - runs drives. The previous owner has changed the carb recently but its the wrong one and the choke does not work so its a bugger to start when cold. Perfect when warm though . OK condition ideal winter smoker or ratlook / pineapple / roofrack ride £200 but will swop for other car / motorcycle or decent spec computer with cd rw.
Lufthansa-Terminal Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Rough it up some more and some VW scene drongo will handover £350 for that.
The Reverend Bluejeans Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Rough it up some more and some VW scene drongo will handover £350 for that. I'd be surprised if a Dub Scenester didn't pay 3-500 notes for that as is. Get the Fukka on the bay!
Cavcraft Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Just lob some Fyffes Bananas stickers on the front wing and an Iron Cross sticker on the back window and you've cracked it. Perhaps ask some spotty youths in long woolly hats carrying skateboards to stand next to it and then grab some pictures?
Craig the Princess Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 I'm going to look at it tomorrow Don't tell Mrs the Princess
Guest Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 I'm going to look at it tomorrow Don't tell Mrs the Princess Yeah, but are you cool enough?

Lufthansa-Terminal Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 May have a bud interested in this has it gone yet?
Craig the Princess Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Not to me because I am a lame timewaster (in my defence I misunderstood and didn 't want to drive the car back off of MiD even with trade insurance as I have me told bad stories of impounded cars. I apologised and would still be interested if it was there in the New Year but if it goes it goes - more fool me).

vulgalour Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Got broken earlier this year. I had the back seats and a few other bits and bobs from it to help mine out. Shame really, it looked like a really solid car and the early ones are getting fewer and further apart now.

Despite lots of emails off people with various promises it was a long hard battle to sell the mofo
