RENOMAD Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 When you are trying to sell your car, several cars that you would buy appear for sale . But when your car is sold ,,,,,do you think you can find something that floats your boat ,,,not a chance
Guest Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 Maybe it's that old adage of wanting what you can't have?
dollywobbler Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 Nah. It does happen. To me. Frequently. Then, when I've actually got cash in my pocket, I'll rush out and buy something that's actually not what I really wanted at all. As soon as it's home, lots of brilliant stuff comes onto the market again. Always the way!

barrett Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 What about the £1800 Fuego that's for sale on here??? I'd have thought that was right up your street, no?

Its not a bad car,,,but being the picky sort that I am, I'm looking for something just a little better, and truth be told just a little bigger...I wouldnt be the smallest spud in the pot so I found the Fuegos just a little cramped. Ideally a 25 would suit me, but would prefer a series 1. I actually found the leg and headroom in both the 15 & 17 that I used to have better than the Fuego, but some chance of finding either now

R9UKE Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Just went through that shit with my mum's car. Sold her Scénic thinking I'd be swimming in Méganes and Clios (as I always am) for her but she ended up driving my Meggy for three weeks! Sorted now. Sod's Law. It'll all be worth it when a gem appears
